Durante a minha vida eu passei por períodos bem estressantes, nos quais era fácil me sentirmos mais cansada, tanto física quanto mentalmente. Normalmente, isso me ocorria com mais frequência durante a transição para os meses de primavera ou outono, ou nos períodos após um estado de gripe ou em estados de convalescença.
Uma vez que entrei na perimenopausa (veja se é seu caso aqui), comecei a sofrer de uma condição perene de falta de energia que perdurava ao longo do tempo… Descobri, falando com a minha gineco que, neste caso a falta de energia e o cansaço excessivo, na perimenopausa, pode transformar-se num verdadeiro distúrbio denominado “astenia”.
O que é astenia nesta nossa fase?
De forma geral, a astenia é definida como a sensação de cansaço físico e mental ou fadiga que ocorre ao menor esforço físico ou na tentativa de se concentrar mentalmente em algo. Quando esse distúrbio aparece, há uma necessidade constante de descanso e uma sensação de sono que não é satisfeita nem mesmo com o sono. Mas a astenia na perimenopausa e na menopausa torna-se um problema importante quando a fadiga se torna uma constante diária que realmente afeta nossa qualidade de vida.
Se você se sente cansada tempo todo, é importante conversar com seu médico para que problemas mais sérios possam ser excluídos, mas sobretudo é importante mudar seu lifestyle para garantir uma noite de sono tranquila que origina um dia mais equilibrado.
Causas e Sintomas mais comuns
Ela é, de fato, parte dos distúrbios da deficiência de estrogênio e surge, sobretudo, na fase da perimenopausa, sendo caracterizada por flutuações hormonais e alterações fisiológicas às quais nosso corpo se acostuma com evidente cansaço para algumas mulheres.
A fadiga crônica está, de fato, relacionada à redução da produção de estrogênio e progesterona nos ovários e ao consequente aumento de certos hormônios da glândula pituitária. As causas são, portanto, principalmente fisiológicas e relacionadas às adaptações do organismo à nova condição, principalmente em termos de secreção hormonal.
Os sintomas característicos da fadiga crônica na perimenopausa são: Sonolência, Cansaço repentino, Falta de concentração, Irritabilidade, Cansaço durante o dia , Sensação de fadiga muscular, Sonolência acentuada após as refeições, Atenção diminuída e Perda de memória.
