Aumento de peso

O ganho de peso na perimenopausa é normal, mas é importante combatê-lo, uma vez que um ganho de peso significativo (mais de 3-5 kg ​​em 2 anos) pode levar a distúrbios mais graves, como a *síndrome metabólica.

 


 

A perimenopausa acelera ainda mais o risco de ganharmos peso (que pode ser a causa desta síndrome) pois nesta fase a taxa metabólica basal é reduzida em cerca de 10%, a cada 10 anos, a partir dos 20 anos. Por si só a perimenopausa a reduz em outros 20%.

Para se manter com um peso saudável, aos 40-50 anos uma mulher deve comer 50% menos do que aos 20 anos, com a mesma atividade física!

Para não chegar nesta situação é bom seguir uma dieta balanceada, integrando-a também a nutracêuticos específicos que contenham fitoestrógenos, mudar o lifestyle (veja se o seu é equilibrado aqui) e inserir algum tipo de atividade física regular. Aqui a dieta certa é aquela de que gostamos e que, portanto, podemos seguir sem estresse.
